Read-aloud narration for your tabletop turns, written as you play

You run the table. The DM Turn Narrator makes what happens at it sound the way it felt. Describe the mechanical events of a turn, the attack roll, the failed save, the spell that finally lands, and it returns vivid read-aloud text you can speak to your players on the spot. It works for D&D, Pathfinder and any other tabletop RPG system, because it narrates outcomes rather than enforcing rules.

You pick the tone before you start. Six presets are built in: epic, tense, horror, gritty, poetic and lighthearted. Add custom context about your campaign, the scene or the characters so the narration uses the right names and stakes, and switch AI models if you prefer one writer over another. Nothing here replaces the Dungeon Master. It turns your notes and dice into prose while you keep control of the session.

When the night ends you can export the session, so the narration you liked is there for the recap or the next game. The tool spends the same tokens as every other AI feature on Reality Fabricator, and there is a free daily allowance to start with.

What you can do

How it works

  1. Pick a tone preset and add any context about the campaign, scene or characters.
  2. Describe the mechanical events of the turn, including dice results and what they hit or missed.
  3. Read the generated narration aloud to your players and move to the next turn.
  4. Export the session at the end if you want to keep the text.

Frequently asked questions

Can the DM Turn Narrator run my whole session?

No. It narrates. You describe what mechanically happened in a turn and it produces read-aloud text in the tone you chose. You still make the rulings, run the encounters and decide what happens next.

Which game systems does it support?

D&D, Pathfinder and any other tabletop RPG. It narrates outcomes you describe rather than enforcing any particular ruleset or dice mechanics, so the system does not matter.

What tones can it write in?

Six presets ship with the tool: epic, tense, horror, gritty, poetic and lighthearted. You can also add custom context so the narration reflects your campaign, scene and characters.

Can I keep the narration after the game?

Yes. The tool supports session export, so the narration generated during a game can be saved and reused for recaps, campaign notes or the next session.

Does it cost anything?

It uses the same tokens as every AI tool on Reality Fabricator, and there is a free daily allowance. You can also connect your own provider API keys and pay those providers directly.
