Reality Fabricator is an AI-powered interactive narrative platform that provides:

• AI-generated interactive stories and scenarios
• AI companion chat functionality
• Image generation through third-party AI services
• Token-based billing system for AI service usage
• Local and cloud storage for user content

3. Account Registration

You must register using Google OAuth to access the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain account security and confidentiality
• Accept responsibility for all account activity
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches

4. Token Economy and Billing

Virtual Credits: Tokens are virtual credits required to access AI services. Token purchases are:

• Final and Non-Refundable: All token purchases are final except as required by law
• Variable Pricing: Different AI models consume different amounts of tokens
• No Cash Value: Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Service Dependent: Tokens are only usable within our service
• Free Grants: Free tokens are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or security measures
• Create content that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You are responsible for all content you create or input into the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI services is provided "as is" for your personal use. We make no claims about ownership or rights to AI-generated content.

Service Content: All software, interfaces, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

No Content License Granted: We do not claim ownership of your content and do not require you to grant us any license beyond what is necessary for basic service operation.

7. Third-Party AI Services

Our Service relies on third-party AI providers:

• Text Generation: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI
• Image Generation: ModelsLab, Replicate, Amazon Bedrock
• Data Sharing: Your prompts and content are sent to these providers
• Provider Terms: Your use is also subject to each provider's terms of service
• No Control: We cannot control how these providers process your data

8. Service Availability

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Availability of specific AI models or features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Account Termination

By Us: We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the Service.

By You: You may delete your account through account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Effect of Termination: Unused tokens are forfeited upon account termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

AI Content Disclaimer: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive. You use such content at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the 12 months preceding any claim.

No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or share through the Service

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
