Corner Portal Decals: One Opening Split Across an Inside Corner That Reads Flat From the Room
A corner is where a flat decal gives itself away: put one across it and it folds in half and looks bent. A corner portal is made for exactly that spot. One opening is split across an inside corner of the room, and each half is stretched so that from where you stand in the room the two halves join up and the opening looks flat, hanging in the air, as if the corner itself had been torn open.
It is the anamorphic trick street artists use, done for you. You choose the opening and your picture, and the shop splits the art into a left and a right half with the stretch each needs. Each half is a sticker cut to the shape of the opening, so there is no border on either wall. You can see it on a photo of your own room first; the photo stays in your browser.
Any of the openings can go in a corner: a rift tearing through the angle of two walls, a smashed hole with bricks falling out of both sides, a wormhole that seems to float in front of the corner. Every frame has a master about 4K across, so the stretched halves stay sharp.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just stick an ordinary decal across a corner?
A flat decal folded across a corner looks bent from everywhere. A corner portal stretches each half so the two join into one flat-looking opening from the room.
Does it work from anywhere in the room?
It looks best from the spot it was made for, usually the doorway or the middle of the room, and still reads as an opening from nearby.
Which openings work in a corner?
All of them. Rifts, smashed holes and wormholes are the most striking, because they look as if the corner itself has been torn.
