About This Adventure
East Berlin, November 1961—three weeks after the Wall went up. You’re a Western contractor with a seat on the last U.S. military transport out, but the Stasi won’t let you take a wife unless she’s legally yours. The family you’ve lived with for months offers you one of their daughters: marry her, take her West, and save her from the coming communist crackdown. But do they want you, or just the exit visa? You have two days to decide.
