Free Group Video Calls in the Browser, With Recording and VTuber Cameras

Group Calls are free video calls for up to 25 people that run in the browser. Start a call, send the link, and guests join without an account and without installing anything. You can record at any time, and the recording is made in the cloud rather than on anyone's computer, so a weak laptop or a dropped connection does not ruin it.

Calls run on the same engine as the Recording Studio, so the extras come along: share your screen, drop a picture or video onto the stage for everyone to see, paste one from the clipboard, appear as your VTuber model instead of your camera, or bring an AI living avatar in as a co-host that hears the room and answers when its name is said.

A recording opens in the transcript-based video editor, where you cut the video by editing the words, add B-roll and export a finished episode.

Frequently asked questions

How does it compare with Zoom?

Guests join from a link in the browser with no account or app, the call can be recorded in the cloud by anyone hosting, and you can appear as a VTuber model or add an AI co-host. Recordings go straight into a transcript-based editor.

And with Riverside or StreamYard?

Those are built for producing shows. Group Calls is the quick free call; when you want a produced podcast with guests and per-person tracks, the Recording Studio on the same site does that job.

Is it really free?

Calls are free. Features that use AI, such as an AI co-host, are billed in tokens and show their price first.

How many people can join?

Up to 25 people in a call.
