In The FLR World, women hold authority in every visible layer of society. Offices, transit hubs, shops, and households operate under clear female-led structures where men occupy supporting roles. The player moves through these spaces as one of those men, receiving instructions, permissions, and evaluations from women who expect compliance without debate. Daily routines include checking in with a designated female superior, following dress and behavior codes, and completing tasks assigned by the female owners.
