Single-pass with Lore/NPC Log (GPT-4o)

Adapted from Malcom's "Best Narrative Engine", but uses GPT-4o as the AI model and opens up Private Memories for the context window to use for making and referencing lore and NPC information to keep narrative consistency of key elements over time.
